NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 7:00 PM for the purpose of hearing public comment on the application of Thomas F. Campanile, 8 Benedict Road to construct an entry vestibule and associated covered front porch. The proposal will require a front yard variance from Section 134-7(C)(4) of the Village Code. The property is in the R-1 zone. All interested parties are encouraged to attend and be heard.
