VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Cold Spring Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY, to consider the application by Ethan Timm/The Figure Ground Studio, Architect, 50 Main Street, Cold Spring. New York, 10516, for the construction of a new garage. The subject property is 17 Marion Avenue, Cold Spring, New York 10516, designated as Tax Map Section 49.9-1-39. The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic District.

Hard copies of the application materials will be available for review in Village Hall. Please call the Village Clerk at 845-265-3611 to make an appointment to review the materials in person.

Written comment on the application can be delivered to Village Hall, or emailed to the Village Clerk, vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov. Written comment must be received by Tuesday, July 27th to be included in the record.
