VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application by William McComish, 29 Rock Street, Cold Spring, New York 10516, for the construction of a driveway. The subject property is located at 29-31 Rock Street, Cold Spring, New York 10516 and designated as Tax Map Section 48.12-1-20. The property is located within the I-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic Districts.

As of Wednesday, December 16th, application materials will be available to view on the Village website https://www.coldspringny.gov/historic-district-review-board/pages/public.... Hard copies of the application materials will be available for review in Village Hall. Please call the Village Clerk at 845-265-3611 to make an appointment to review the materials in person.
