VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 7:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application(s) by Joseph Thompson, Architect, of 1006 Brown Street, Suite 212, Peekskill New York 10566, for the construction of two (2) single family houses. The subject properties are located at 61 and 63 Paulding Avenue, Cold Spring, New York 10516 and designated as Tax Map Section 49.5-3-45.2 and 49.5-3-45.3 respectively. The properties are located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic Districts.
