VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Cold Spring will continue the public hearing on Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application by J. Zwarich and J. Wayland, of 192 Main St, Cold Spring, NY, for the following: For the house, a variance of 10 feet to the side yard setback to expand the second story one foot and four inches into the side yard; For an accessory building, a variance of 11.9 percent to the 30 percent maximum building coverage of the rear yard, a variance of 10 feet for the 10-foot minimum side yard setback, a variance of 7.8 feet for the 10-foot minimum rear yard setback. The subject property is located at 192 Main St., Cold Spring, New York and designated as Tax Map Section 48.8-4-71. The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local and National Historic Districts.
