Planning Board Public Hearing March 10, 2022

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard on said date.
 
Due to public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Planning Board will NOT be meeting in person.  In accordance with legislation adopted by the State and the Governor’s recent Executive Order, the Planning Board public hearing will be held remotely via video conferencing and telephone conference call.  The public WILL have the opportunity to hear the meeting live and provide comments.  The Planning Board meeting will commence at 7:00 pm and shall be conducted through a web-based video conferencing tool (and via telephone) that will allow the Planning Board members, staff, and the public to participate electronically and remotely.  The video conference can be accessed as follows: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82854849639?pwd=NTBvc2JrcGpkNnhDaTN6Vzl5cytaZz09

The Planning Board will consider the application by Butterfield Realty, LLC for an amendment to the previously approved site plan as per §134-15A.A of the Village Code to allow a change of use within Building 1 (from commercial space to six (6) senior residential units).  The subject property is known as Tax map 49.5-3-45.1 with an address of 1756 Route 9D, Building 1, Cold Spring. The subject property is located within the Medical and Health Care Facility Mixed Use Zoning District (B-4A) as well as the Village’s local historic district.

Hard copies of the application materials are available for review in Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY 10516 by appointment only. The Planning Board will consider all verbal and/or written statements from all person interested in the proposed application in the various manners described above.  The Planning Board will also consider such further relief as it finds necessary.
