VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing
on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be
heard, by video conference pursuant to New York Executive Order 202.1, to consider an
application by Annette and Sal Pidala, of 12 Constitution Drive, Cold Spring, N.Y. The
subject property, designated 48.12-2-69 on the tax map, is at 12 Constitution Drive, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-1 zoning district. The applicants propose to install a six-foot-high fence in a side yard, which would require a variance from village zoning ordinance 134-17.D(1).
