NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, by video conference pursuant to New York Executive Order 202.1, to consider an application by Marissa and Marc Boisvert, of 17 Parsonage Street, Cold Spring, N.Y. The subject property, designated 49.5-2-58 on the tax map, is at 17 Parsonage Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-1 zoning district. The applicants propose an addition to the front of the house. The proposal requires variances from the village zoning ordinances governing front and side yard setbacks (§134-7.C(4), §134-7.C(5)).
