The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing pursuant to §134-25.F of village law on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., and via videoconference beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider an application by Sean Conway and Luke Hall, of 18 Morris Avenue, Cold Spring, N.Y. The subject property, designated 48.8-4-20 on the tax map, is at 18 Morris Avenue, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-N zoning district. The applicants propose an addition and reconstruction that would increase the height of a part of the building located in the front yard and the northwesterly side yard, requiring a variance from §134-19.G of village law.
