VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application by J. Zwarich and J. Wayland, of 192 Main St, Cold Spring, NY, for the reconstruction of the barn/carriage house. The subject property is located at 192 Main St., Cold Spring, New York and designated as Tax Map Section 48.8-4-71. The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local and National Historic Districts.
