VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Videoconference per Executive Order 11.4 of 2022, to consider the application by Jenny and Allan Kempson, 20 Church Street, Cold Spring NY 10516 for the remodel and expansion of a residential building. The subject property is 20 Church Street, Cold Spring, New York, 10516, designated as Tax Map Section 48.8-5-3. The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic District.
