VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING HISTORIC DISTRICT REVIEW BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Historic District Review Board for the Village of Cold Spring will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application by Joseph Thompson, Architect, of 1006 Brown Street, Suite 212, Peekskill New York 10566, for the construction of a single family house. The subject property is located at 65 Paulding Avenue, Cold Spring, New York 10516 and designated as Tax Map Section 49.5-3-45.4. The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic Districts.
As of Thursday, August 6th, application materials will be available to view on the Village website https://www.coldspringny.gov/historic-district-review-board/pages/public.... Hard copies of the application materials will be available for review in Village Hall. Please call the Village Clerk at 845-265-3611 to make an appointment to review the materials in person.
