Public Notice - Historic District Map

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
The Historic District Review Board is considering an application for an update to the Historic District Map that identifies which properties are subject to the purview of the Board. This is the first time the map has been reviewed since 1999.
Pursuant to our process of public notification, this notice is to inform owners and residents that the proposed map will clarify the boundaries of the Historic District, specifically as they cross or abut the following properties and tax parcels:
14 Cedar Street (49.5-2-34)
10 Locust Ridge (49.5-2-26)
41-51 Chestnut Street (49.9-1-14)
27 Marion Avenue (49.9-1-38)
3 Benedict Road (49.9-1-37.1)
5 Benedict Road (49.9-1-37.2)
7 Benedict Road (49.9-1-37.3)
50 Kemble Avenue (49.9-1-9)
West Point Foundry Park Preserve (49.9-1-10)
This matter will be presented further at the October 27, 2021 meeting of the HDRB. A Public Hearing for community feedback will be scheduled thereafter.
