Hudson Valley Community Power provides eligible Village of Cold Spring residents and small businesses with the options of 100% renewable, 50% renewable or standard electricity supply at competitive, fixed rates, with no individual contracts for consumers and no exit fees.

12 Hudson Valley municipalities are participating in the relaunch of the Hudson Valley Community Power program: City of Poughkeepsie, Towns of New Paltz, Philipstown, Marbletown, Saugerties, Gardiner, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, and the Villages of Nelsonville, Cold Spring, Saugerties and New Paltz.

Now this program will re-launch with new rates in July 2023. Eligible residents and small businesses can expect to receive information in the mail in May 2023 explaining their options, how to participate, or how to opt-out.
