Ad Hoc Committee for Short Term Rentals

The Village Board is considering revisions to Chapter 100 (Short Term Rentals) of the Village Code.  As part of this process the Board wants to hear from the various stakeholders in the community. To this end, we will form an Ad Hoc Advisory Committee to make recommendations as the draft is prepared for public hearing. The committee is open to all village residents including short term rental operators, their neighbors, interested residents, etc.  The size of the committee will be limited to 5-7 people. Interested parties can submit letters of interest to the Village Clerk at vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov.
