DAY 1 (Monday, 4/15 - 8:00 am) will involve the following streets:
- Cedar Street, from Main to Mountain Avenue
- Locust Ridge, from mid-street to Mountain Avenue
- Orchard Street, from mid-street to Mountain Avenue
- All of Mountain Avenue
- All of Fishkill Avenue
