NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORK

As part of the ongoing repairs at the Cold Spring Metro North Station, work will take place in the overnight hours, Saturday 7/30 into Sunday 7/31. Estimated work time is 1am-5am. The work will be staged from Lunn Terrace, at the east end of the overpass. A concrete truck will be delivering material via a boom device.  Lunn Terrace will be one lane during the work, with flaggers in place. Cold Spring Police and Fire Company are aware of these conditions and have been in communication with the contractor. Temporary sound barriers will be in place to limit as much job site noise as possible. The contractor, FOS Development Group, apologizes for any inconvenience this work causes residents and thanks the public for its cooperation.
