VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 via Videoconference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1 beginning at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider a proposed local law to amend sections 126-1 Word Usage and Definitions and 126-41 Parking in Municipal Lot of the Village Code.

The proposed amended sections of Chapter 126 are available on the Village website at https://www.coldspringny.gov/mayor-board-trustees/pages/local-law-02-202... or you may request a copy by emailing the Village Clerk (vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov).  A copy of the proposed local law is also available by appointment at Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY.  Please call Jeff Vidakovich, Village Clerk at 845-265-3611 x 1 to make an appointment.

Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.  Oral comments may be made at the public hearing.  The Village Board of Trustees is the Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for this Unlisted Action.
