REMINDER - Leaf Pick-Up and Village Clean Up Day

This is the week to clean up and unclutter your house:

Lawn and Leaf Pick - Up: Thursday October 27th

Please remember that all lawn and leaf debris should be left curbside in paper bags or tied in small bundles not to exceed 2 feet.  Debris left in plastic bags will not be picked up.

Village-Wide Bulk Pick-Up: Saturday October 29th

Royal Carting will be conducting a "Village-Wide Clean Up Day" in Cold Spring on Saturday (Oct. 29th). Royal Carting will remove and dispose of bulk waste items. Items should be placed curbside on Friday evening.  

ACCEPTABLE ITEMS:         
●     Couches (limit 1 per household)
●     Mattresses/Box springs (limit 1 per household)
●     Stuffed chairs
●     Sleepers (limit 1 per household)
●     Recliners
●     Toys
●     Small appliances
●     Empty water based paint cans
●     One (1) large appliance per household
●     Wooden furniture (i.e. tables, chairs, desks, etc.)
 
UNACCEPTABLE ITEMS:
●     Tires
●     Oil, fuel and chemical tanks (propane, butane, etc.)
●     Motor vehicle parts or their components (i.e. auto body parts, interiors, engine blocks, radiators, transmissions, axles, muffler systems, fgas tanks, etc.)
●     Hazardous materials such as drain oils, antifreeze coolants, pesticides, chemicals, lead paints, asbestos materials (i.e. insulation, shingles, pipe wrap, etc.)
●     Explosives (i.e. ammunition, etc.)
●     Lead batteries and household batteries (except small batteries used in a normal household)
●     Metal drums (i.e. 55 gallon drums, etc.)
●     Building materials
●     Yard waste (i.e. leaves, trees, limbs and branches, grass clippings, etc.
●     Lawn mowers
●     No appliances with CFCC (freon) i.e., air conditioners, dehumidifiers
●     Computers and computer monitors
●     TV's or freon containing items
