STORM READINESS UPDATE TUESDAY 1/9, 9:15AM

Due to shifting forecasts, Cedar Street will be closed beginning at 11:00am today, Tuesday 1/9. Please access Haldane via streets other than Cedar and Locust Ridge – Locust Ridge is one-way for bus departures from campus. 

For residents nearer the river, high tides are around 9am and 9pm today, and Wednesday around 10am and 10pm. The Cold Spring Police Department will monitor roadways west of Lunn Terrace for safe passage. 

Sandbag making materials are available for Cold Spring Village residents at the municipal lot on Fair Street (next to Riverview Restaurant). For Nelsonville and Philipstown residents, sandbag making materials are available in the water tower lot at the Rec Center, 107 Glenclyffe in Garrison.
