UPDATE MONDAY 4/18/2022 - GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Most recycling bins were delivered uneventfully on Saturday, 4/16. The demand for 35-gallon recycling bins was higher than Royal anticipated, and they ran out of that size near the end of the delivery route. If you didn't get your requested 35-gallon bin, you will get it on Saturday, April 23rd. Continue using your old bins until your Royal request is fulfilled.

SIZE SWAPS & OTHER UNDELIVERED SIZES

The Village has received and documented a number of requested size swaps for both garbage and recycling, as well as non-deliveries. We are working with Royal to get those taken care of, starting 4/23. If your issue isn't resolved that day, worry not--Royal is committed to getting folks what they need. Again, continue using your old bins until your Royal request is fulfilled.  Use the updated request found here:
