VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Wednesday July 14, 2021, to consider amending the following Chapters of the Village Code: 5 - Community Choice Aggregation, 9 -Code of Ethics, 21 - Planning Board, 32 - Alarms, 40 - Building Construction, 45 - Dogs, 47 - Returned Checks, 57 - Reimbursement of Professional Consultants’ Expenses, 71 - Licensing, 118 - Taxation, and 127 - Residential Parking Program.

The meeting will take place at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring NY on Wednesday July 14, 2021 at 6:30pm.

The proposed amended chapters are available on the Village website by clicking here.  A copy of the amended chapters is also available at Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY.  

Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.  Oral comments may be made at the public hearing.  The Village Board of Trustees is the Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for this Unlisted Action.
