VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING BOARD OF TRUSTEES
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 15, 2021, to consider proposed local laws to add Chapter 73 Prohibiting the Operation of Establishments that Allow On-Site Cannabis Consumption and Chapter 74 Prohibiting the Retail Sales of Cannabis.

The meeting will take place at the Cold Spring Firehouse, 154 Main Street (enter through the side entrance on Church Street) beginning at 7:00pm.

The proposed new Chapters 73 and 74 are available on the Village website by clicking here or you may request a copy by emailing the Village Clerk (vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov).  A copy of the proposed local laws is at Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY.  

Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.  Oral comments may be made at the public hearing.  The Village Board of Trustees is the Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for this Action.
