NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Wednesday September 14, 2022 via Videoconference pursuant to Executive Order 11.8 of 2022 beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, to consider a proposed local law on adding Chapter 12 Authorizing Public Bodies of the Village to use Videoconferencing Technologies for Public Meetings.

The proposed new Chapter 12 is available on the Village website at Local Law 01-2022 Videoconferencing Public Meetings | Cold Spring, NY (coldspringny.gov) or you may request a copy by emailing the Village Clerk (vcsclerk@coldspringny.gov).  A copy of the proposed local law is also available at Village Hall at 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY. 

Written comments may be submitted prior to or at the public hearing.  Oral comments may be made at the public hearing.  The Village Board of Trustees is the Lead Agency pursuant to the State Environmental Quality Review Act for this Unlisted Action.
