10 B Street Public Hearing

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at the Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., to

consider an application by Donald MacDonald, of 10 B Street, Cold Spring, N.Y.  The subject property, designated 48.8-4-50 on the tax map, is at 10 B Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-1 zoning district. The applicant proposes to install a porch that would extend into the north side yard, requiring a variance from village zoning ordinance 134-17.E.

 

The application materials can be inspected at the village clerk’s office, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., during normal business hours, or on the village Web site (coldspringny.gov) at Boards & Committees > ZBA > Current Applications.
