VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

          PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 16 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, via Video Conference pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, to consider the application by John H. Hedlund and Kathleen E Foley, of 2 Locust Ridge, Cold Spring, NY, for a new accessory building to be used as a bike and gardening shed requiring a variance of 8 feet to the 10-foot minimum side-yard setback. The subject property is located at 2 Locust Ridge, Cold Spring, New York and designated as Tax Map Section 49.5-2-29.  The property is located within the R-1 Zoning District and the Local Historic District.
