The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing pursuant to §134-25.F of village law on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Village Hall, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., and via videoconference beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, to consider an application by Vlad Muste, of 204 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y. The subject property, designated 48.8-3-10 on the tax map, is at 41 Morris Avenue, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-N zoning district. The applicant proposes to add a new porch that would extend 4.8 feet into the front yard on West Belvedere Street, requiring a variance from §134-7.D(2) and Table 6B of village law.
