VILLAGE OF COLD SPRING ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Cold Spring will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, by video conference pursuant to Chapter 1 of the New York State Laws of 2022, to consider an application by Julian Cornwell, of 20 Rock Street, Cold Spring, N.Y.  The subject property, designated 48.12.2.41 on the tax map, is at 20 Rock Street, Cold Spring, N.Y., in the R-1 zoning district.  The applicant proposes to install a six-foot high fence in the northeasterly side yard, requiring a variance from Village Zoning ordinance 134-17.D(1), as supplemented by ordinance 42-3.H.
